Our story began with an idea. The idea that digital transformation is more than just looking at rows of data and platform capabilities, it’s taking time to listen and understand the needs of the customer in order to deliver the machine ability to perform cognitive functions associated with human minds (such as perceiving, reasoning, learning, and problem solving), which includes a range of capabilities that enable AI to solve business problems. Our end goal is understanding what our customers do, what their trying to accomplish – and then together constructing the desired path and leading them to the desired endpoint enabling the following; streamlined progression on the digital journey, scaling AI’s impact across the enterprise, and putting key enablers in place.
Our story began with two women, who’s years of ground-breaking strategies have continuously catapulted them to the front of key pivotal moments within their customer’s business strategies. These women, Sowmya Sridhar and Shalini Srinivasan, founded Xyant Services with the understanding that true digital transformation doesn’t fall into a box, but instead knows no bounds. They understand what “digital” means for strategy and take bold steps on four fronts: 1) Utilization of experimental techniques such as “go-and-see” to showcase digital realities to corporate leaders 2) Eliminate fear through top-team effectiveness programs that spur senior executives to action 3) Remove guesswork through pilots and structured analysis of use cases, 4) Alleviate diffusion of effort—a constant challenge given the simultaneous need to digitize your core and innovate with new business models. That’s why Xyant Services couples Microsoft Dynamics services with Data Science – to meet the demands of our customers that are as unique as they are in their industry.
Our story doesn’t stop there. Our founders, understanding the importance of diversity built a core team of men and women with various professional backgrounds, stemming from different cultures, and with different skill sets. When blended together, our inimitable team is able to provide a customer experience unlike other service providers in our arena. Our combined experience brings more than 200 years of IT experience, specific to customer IT services. But it’s more than just IT experience we bring, our team has been touted for our marketing ingenuity, creativity in problem solving, journalistic interviewing, tech-to-management translation, and proven project management. This in addition to the fact that our team has experience with every industry out there – both in smaller markets and global entities.
Our story will evolve, as we continue to focus on the two things that serve as our key differentiators.
- We will continue to emphasize diversity within our company, focusing on women in technology. Currently, only 25% of those working in IT are women, and a much lesser number are women serving in IT leadership roles. We are committed to ensuring that not only is our team skill diversified, but that we are also gender diversified.
- We will always be one step ahead of the game when it comes to digital transformation as we endlessly explore new possibilities and ways to provide consultation and services within both the Dynamics and Data Science realms. The old saying, “What you don’t know won’t hurt you” couldn’t be further from the truth, as we work tirelessly to ensure our customer teams are enlightened every step of the way.
