Advisory Board Member
Brandy Semore currently serves as Director of Technical Services and Project Management Office (PMO) for Pinnacle Business Systems. Pinnacle designs and implements data center technology solutions for customers across various industries. As director, Brandy is responsible for understanding strategic objectives of the organization to assist in developing a clear vision for the engineering, PMO, and support teams, then working with those teams to translate objectives into attainable goals while monitoring and measuring performance.
She graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelors in Journalism, and now has over 15 years of management experience in various fields with a strong grounding in internet, data center operations, and business management strategies. In addition, she also holds a MBA from Oklahoma City University, with an emphasis in project management and is PMP certified with the Project Management Institute.
Brandy is the 2018 recipient of the Journal Record award, “50 Making a Difference,” for Woman of The Year, and is dedicated to coaching others in managing successful projects, as seen from her blog articles Project Success: Six Factors. She is also an advocate for women working in technology, currently serving as the volunteer President and Executive Director for Oklahoma Women in Technology (OKWIT), which she co-founded in March 2016. Since its inception, OKWIT has attained over 1,000 members statewide.
